Freshome did a great feature this week called 25 of the Most Creative Carpet Designs for Playful Interiors and though all of them are incredible – from Lise el Sayed’s rug that contains wearable sandals to Lim Hyuntaik’s sound booth design – the one that I keep thinking about is the gorgeous Light Carpet by Johanna Hyrkäs. The cozy texture mixed with the glowy light make for one seriously beautiful design. I would love this in my bedroom as a soft bedside rug/reading light. I could easily see it as wall decor too.
