By adding a light French gray paint in contrast to the white high gloss trim and shutters, we instantly gave the story of this space a fresh beginning. Re-locating a few pieces in the living room opened up the space considerably. A warm modern cinnabar wool rug and artfully arranged pottery and accessories add warmth and style to the space.
The original dining room boasted rustic and mismatched furniture that contrasted to the somewhat modern living room, so in order to meld the two spaces, we implemented a few slight changes that made all the difference. The same space went from so-so to whoa with just a bit of TLC.
